Prime Rib Dip Sandwich

This weekend I fired up the Weber Grill and smoked a Prime Rib Roast for some killer Prime Rib Dip Sandwiches.

Smoked Chicken-Artichoke-Spinach Pizza | Grill Dome Summer Pizza Series

On this video I do a simple but tasty smoked chicken with artichoke and spinach pizza on a cracker crust dough. This recipe make a awesome appetizer.

Artichoke and Spinach Mix
1-2 Tablespoon olive oil
2 shallots chooped
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cans Quartered Artichokes chopped
2 pkg (8 0z, each) cream cheese
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed

Outback Steakhouse Classic Ribeye | Mojo Griddle

So this weekend I was craving me some Outback classic steak but was I didn't want to go out. So I thought I would bring the classic steak to me.

Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich Recipe | Grill Dome Kamado Cooker

I know I will probably get flamed for this one but this is MY Carolina style pulled pork sandwich done the way I like it. Enjoy!



Carolina Sauce

1 cup apple cider vinegar

1 cup ketchup

1 tbsp. crushed red pepper

3 tbsp. brown sugar

1 tbsp. molasses

¼ cup of pork fat drippings

1 tbsp. yellow mustard

Smoked Pork Loin Chops with Apricot Bourbon BBQ sauce recipe

This weekend I fire up the Weber Kettle and smoke up some Apricot Bourbon glazed loin chops.

Kansas City Rub

• 1/2 Cup -- White Sugar

• 1/2 Cup -- Sea Salt or course Salt

• 1/4 Cup -- Paprika

• 2 Tbsp Chili Powder

• 2 Tbsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper

• 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder

• 1/2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper



Apricot Bourbon BBQ Sauce

• 2 Tbs. unsalted butter

• 1 medium yellow onion, chopped

• 2 medium cloves garlic, finely chopped

• 1 cup apricot preserves

• 1 cup chili sauce

• 1/2 cup bourbon

• 1/3 cup cider vinegar

• 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

• 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce

• 2 Tbs. dijon mustard
