Smoked BBQ Chicken Recipe with a Simple to make BBQ sauce

Rub

1/2 c Lemon Pepper

1 tbsp Season Salt

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp basil



BBQ Sauce - Play this by taste and experiment with the measurements.



2 cups ketchup

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup worcheshire sauce

1/4 cup[ soy sauce

2 tbsp liquid smoke

1 tbsp hot sauce

2 tbsp mustard

2 tbsp vege oil

1/2 tbsp black pepper
